Lindsey Wilson Women’s Basketball Remains Perfect, Beats Brescia Univ. 56-45

OWENSBORO, Ky. -- A trio of Blue Raiders scored double digits as the Lindsey Wilson College women's basketball team beat host Brescia (Ky.) University 56-45 tonight at the Campus Center.
Lindsey Wilson sophomore center Viktoria Krell led the Blue Raiders with 14 points. Junior guard Sierra Rambert and senior guard Ewa Bukowska added 12 and 10 points respectively in the win.
The Blue Raiders improve to 3-0 on the season with the win. It's the best start for the Blue Raiders since they opened the season 5-0 in the 2004-05 season.
Brescia falls to 0-1 on the season with the loss.
Lindsey Wilson returns to action at 2 p.m. CT on Saturday, Nov. 8, as the Blue Raiders host Robert Morris (Ill.) College at Biggers Sports Center.
