The ACHS Indians wound up regular season 20th district road play with a heartbreaking loss on the road to Taylor Co. last Tuesday.  After the Indians rallied from a three run deficit by scoring four runs in the fourth and sixth inning, the Cards plated two runs in their half of the sixth to take the win.
The Indians opened up scoring in the top half of the first inning as Christian Talley led off the game with a single.  Talley was moved to second base on a Derek Cape safety and both runners were moved into scoring position after Jordan Knifley laid down a sacrifice bunt.  Tyler Knight plated Talley with an RBI fly ball to left field.
The Cards would tie the contest in their half of the inning and add three runs in the second to take a 4-1 advantage before the Indians begin their comeback in the fourth.  Seth Dunbar walked to begin the inning and later would score after G Young singled and Michael Johnson’s sacrifice attempt resulted in an error scoring Dunbar.  Jordan Blair the sacrificed Young and Joe Grider (running for Johnson) into scoring position setting up Talley’s second hit of the game, a two RBI single tying the game.
The Tribe would take the lead in their half of the sixth as Johnson doubled to left field and Talley collected his third RBI with a  single.
