Donna Karnes

Donna Karnes, age 54 years, of 1746 South Highway 55, Columbia, KY passed away suddenly Sunday, June 28, 2009 at 11:37 a.m. at the Westlake Regional Hospital Emergency Room in Columbia, KY.
She was the daughter of the late George and Pauline (Rigney) Scearce of Adair Co. KY.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Dude" Karnes on January 7, 2006.
Donna is survived by one daughter, Crystal Spoon and her husband, Terry of Columbia, KY; two sons: Chris Karnes of Columbia, KY and Anthony Karnes and his fiancé, Aleisha Bryant, of Columbia, KY; one brother, Tommy Scearce and his wife Kay of Columbia, KY; eight grandchildren: Ryan Tungate, Amber Weddle, Colby Thompson, Tyler Karnes, Jordon Spoon, Jacob Spoon, Kaydence Karnes and Robert Karnes.
Also survived by a special friend: Linda Kinnett and by several nieces nephews and a host of friends.
Donna was a caregiver and homemaker, she attended the Freedom Church of God.
Funeral service will be Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with Bro. Carli Riggs officiating.
Interment in the Haven Hill Cemetery.
The pallbearers will be: Terry Akin, Todd Akin, Paul Woody Bryant, Buddy Karnes, Tyler Karnes, Jordon Spoon, and Rick Wilson.
The honorary pallbearers will be: Jacob Spoon and Jordon Spoon.
The family requests visiting after 4:00 p.m. today, Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.
