William Huddleston

William Huddleston, age 84 years, of 6675 Highway 55 South, Glens Fork, KY passed away Thursday, August 29, 2008 at Jane Todd Crawford Hospital in Greensburg, KY after several months illness.
He was the son of the late, Herbert and Bertha Grant Huddleston of Adair Co. KY.
He is survived by his wife, Jewell Blair Huddleston of Glens Fork, KY; four sisters, Kathlene Powell of Glens Fork, KY, Maxine Dykes of Glens Fork, KY, Ernestine Bryson of Columbia, KY, Nadine Scott of Columbia, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a host of friends including special friends, Bradley and Joyce Bradshaw of Glens Fork, KY and Hershey and Sue Giles of Knifley, KY.
He was preceded in death by one brother and one sister, Ben Huddleston and Christine Andrew.
Mr. Huddleston was a rural mail carrier for over 20 years and a member of the Beech Grove Baptist Church were he served as deacon for several years.
Funeral service was held Sunday, August 31, 2008 at 1:00 PM at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with Rev. Hershey Giles officiating.
Interment in the Haven Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers were: Bradley Bradshaw, Chad Moore, Darren Bradshaw, David Franklin, Anthony Hadley, Larry Franklin, William Blair, Tony Franklin, and Steve Blair.
