Theresa Mary Smart Hagan

Theresa Mary Smart Hagan, 48, of Columbia died Thursday morning, May 8, 2008 at the University of Louisville Hospital. She was a native of Savannah, Georgia.
She was preceded in death by a brother, David Smart and a nephew, John Smart.
Survivors include her husband, Tom Hagan a Daughter, Rebecca Howard of Elizabethtown two sons, Patrick Robbins of Columbia and Steven Robbins of Somerset four sisters, Yvonne Cave of Ekron, Judy, Priscilla, Jean and Barbara Smart all of Georgia a brother, Daniel Smart of Georgia two grandsons, Gavin Howard and David Howey both of Elizabethtown.
Funeral services will be conducted at l pm Tuesday in Statesboro, Georgia.
Visitation were 2-4 Saturday at Dixon-Atwood and Trowbridge Funeral Home and after 11 am Tuesday at the Hodges Moore funeral home in Statesboro.
Dixon-Atwood and Trowbridge Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
